Class, facilities, workshop and show registrations are confirmed only upon full payment. We reserve the right to adjust fees or schedules, with notice provided on our sites.

4. Student & Audience Conduct

We expect you to treat instructors, fellow students, and studio property with respect. Any behaviour that disrupts the learning environment or causes harm may result in denied participation without refund of fees paid.

5. Images & Recordings

Our classes, workshops and events may from time to time be photographed and or filmed. Some of those images and recordings may be used by us for our promotional and educational purposes, including for example on our website and social media or shared with you and fellow students for teaching purposes. If you attend any of our activities, you acknowledge that your likeness might be captured on film and or recorded and you consent to being photographed, filmed and or otherwise recorded. If you do not agree, we kindly ask that you refrain from attending the activity or event.

6. Liability

Flamenco is a vibrant art form that requires physical movement. Like all physical activities, it carries some risk of injury, such as strains or falls. While our instructors support safe practice and we take reasonable care to ensure our studios are safe, you are responsible for your own health and safety during classes and performances. We encourage you to listen to your bodies, take breaks when needed, and consider having personal insurance to cover any unforeseen incidents.

7. Site Use

Please do not misuse our sites. We may suspend your access or accounts if you do so.

8. Amendments

We may amend these Terms of Use at any time. Amendments will be included on this page and changes will take effect immediately. If you continue to use our sites after this, you will be confirming your acceptance of the revised terms.
