Azlinda Anwar
(Non-executive Director, Secretary)
Dr. Azlinda Anwar is a senior leader with extensive experience in governance and strategic oversight across public, education, and community sectors.
Actively engaged in community development and volunteer service, she has guided initiatives that enhance wellbeing, cohesion, and access to opportunities. Recognised with national awards for service, Dr. Anwar combines analytical rigour (PhD) with a collaborative, people‑centred approach, offering steady stewardship and insight to help broaden reach, deepen community ties, and sustain lasting impact.
Chew Sin Hwa
(Non-executive Director, Chair)
Chew Sin Hwa holds an MBA from New Zealand and has led businesses in Indonesia’s oilfield and technical services sector for many years.
Alongside his corporate career, he has been a dedicated advocate for arts and culture in Singapore, organizing and supporting Chinese music concerts and traditional opera, including Jing and Yue Opera. He is also a long-term supporter of traditional dance in Indonesia, reflecting his commitment to preserving Asian heritage and fostering intercultural exchange.
Mr. Chew has also been a long-term admirer and supporter of Flamenco Sin Fronteras. The concept of “arts without borders” resonates deeply with him, reflecting his belief that artistic traditions from different cultures can engage in meaningful dialogue while preserving their unique identities.
From 2015 to 2023, he served as a Director of NAFA, contributing to Singapore’s arts development and cultural direction.
Sandra Yeow
(Non-executive Director, Treasurer)
With over 15 years in the IT industry, Sandra Yeow helps businesses thrive through smart, secure, and practical technology solutions. As Founder of an AI‑driven organisation, she combines innovation with hands‑on experience to deliver resilient IT strategies, compliance support, and cybersecurity solutions.
Beyond business, she is committed to community impact and personal wellbeing — from supporting ACRES’s IT network to coaching children. Outside of work, she pursues dance, competing in Latin ballroom and performing flamenco, and is a qualified Pilates instructor dedicated to health, balance, and fulfilment.
Daphne Ng Mei Ling
(Director)
Daphne Ng Mei Ling (known as Daphne Huang Vargas) is a founding member of Flamenco Sin Fronteras (FSF). She is a driver of the organisation’s creative vision and community outreach programs, bridging flamenco performance with cultural exchange, education, and social impact in Singapore.
Through FSF’s community programs, Daphne champions inclusion, resilience, and dialogue, using flamenco as a platform to connect diverse communities. Her leadership reflects a commitment to both artistic excellence and meaningful social engagement.
